• Wrong Item OR Damaged Product OR Incorrect Size

Note: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the products via email with photos of the product received to inform us of any damage to the product. We will pick up the product.

• Product varies from image OR Doesn’t look good on the wall

Our quality assurance process ensures that only the best products reach our customers. But, the received product might vary in finish and appearance. It is because of the lighting in which the picture is shot and your display screen.

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 10 days of delivery. We will pick up the product. Please take care not to use, alter, wash, soil, or damage the products.

Once we receive the product at our place, we perform quality testing to check everything is in place. We will send an exchange or refund once the returned item has passed quality checks and is verified to be unused and in its original packaging. The refund might reflect in your account within ten business days.

• Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel orders before they are shipped without extra charges. Please contact us at our customer service hotline or email us to cancel your order.

• Custom Product Order

Custom products are ‘made to order.’ These orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. But we can replace them if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
