Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer our customers a complete “no fuss” return & refund policy.
Wrong Item OR Damaged Product OR Incorrect Size
- If your product meets any criteria listed above, we’d be pleased to replace it with the one you ordered or refund your money.
Note: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the products via email with photos of the product received to inform us of any damage to the product. We will pick up the product.
Product Varies From Image
- Our quality assurance process ensures that only the best products reach our customers. But, the received product might vary in finish and appearance. It is because of the lighting in which the picture is shot and your display screen.
- If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within ten days of delivery. We will pick up the product. Please take care not to use, alter, wash, soil, or damage the products.
- Once we receive the product at our place, we perform quality testing to check everything is in place.
- We will send an exchange or refund once the returned item has passed quality checks and is verified to be unused and in its original packaging.
- The refund might reflect in your account within ten business days.
Cancellation Policy
Wooden Art Studio believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
- We will consider cancellations if you request cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order.
- However, we do not entertain cancellation requests if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and the operations team has initiated the assignment process.
- It is possible to cancel orders before they are shipped without extra charges. Please contact us at our customer service hotline or email us to cancel your order.
- Once the order has been shipped cannot be canceled.
- Custom products are ‘made to order.’ These orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. However, we can replace them if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
- The Company Refund Policy will strictly govern the cancellation and refund of fees or charges informed and declared from time to time.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the Wooden Art Studio marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers on New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Eid, Independence Day, Foundation Day, etc.
- Cancellations are not possible on all, including the above special occasions.
